Why we built ChatPebble.
In Sri Lanka, a lot of selling happens on WhatsApp. A customer sees a post, sends a message and waits. On the other side is usually a busy owner, answering the same questions about price, size and delivery late into the night while also running the shop.
We kept seeing the same thing: good businesses losing sales simply because nobody could reply in time. Big companies can hire support teams. Small shops can't.
So we built an assistant that knows your products, speaks your customers' language, takes orders on its own and hands the tricky chats to you. It works on your own WhatsApp number and costs less than hiring someone.
