Terms of Service.

01The service

ChatPebble is provided by ChatPebble (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka. It connects to your WhatsApp Business number and helps you answer customers, share products, take orders, manage stock and see reports.

We may improve, change or remove features over time. If a change takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

02Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give us accurate details when you sign up.

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite.

Tell us straight away at hello@chatpebble.lk if you think someone has used your account without permission.

03Plans, trials and billing

• Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees and billed monthly in advance.
• The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, your card is charged for Starter.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is settled.

04WhatsApp and other services

ChatPebble works with WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. You must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. Meta decides whether to approve a business account, and it can limit or suspend numbers on its own.

ChatPebble is not made, endorsed or supported by Meta. We are not responsible for WhatsApp being unavailable or for decisions Meta makes about your number.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use ChatPebble to:

• send spam or messages people did not agree to receive;
• sell illegal, counterfeit or restricted goods and services;
• mislead, harass or discriminate against anyone;
• break any law, including consumer protection and data protection laws;
• try to break, overload or copy the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

06AI replies

ChatPebble uses AI to write replies based on the products, prices and information you add. AI can make mistakes. Keep your product details up to date, and check important conversations, especially about orders, payments and delivery.

You can take over any chat at any time. You remain responsible for the offers, prices and promises made to your customers through your number.

07Your content and data

Your products, customer chats and business information belong to you. You give us permission to use them only to run and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for having the right to share your customers' information with us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

You can export your data or ask us to delete it at any time.

08Availability

We work hard to keep ChatPebble running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance, problems with providers such as WhatsApp or hosting, or events outside our control can cause downtime.

09Liability

ChatPebble is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Ending your use

You can stop using ChatPebble and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or leave bills unpaid, and will tell you why where we can.

After an account is closed, we delete its data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Colombo.
